The forum, the baths and many houses remain well preserved and provide a glimpse of what life was like in the first century. In the past months, exciting new areas have been excavated.

Day 4  Sorrento: Path of the Gods Hike

Set off on the beautiful "Path of the Gods" trail that climbs along ridges high above the coastal towns of Positano and Praiano. Return to Sorrento on a scenic public boat ride.

End the day with a limoncello tasting at a local limoncello factory. Southern Italy is known specifically for the giant lemons used to make limoncello. These lemons can easily grow to be larger than one's head; see them in person.
