Follow in the footsteps of Dame Daphne Sheldrick, a much-loved elephant champion and conservationist. This Big Five safari is especially enjoyed by elephant lovers.

This unforgettable Kenyan safari begins in vibrant Nairobi, where cultural landmarks and wildlife encounters set the stage. Journey west to the legendary Masai Mara National Park, known for its abundant wildlife, rolling plains, and the Great Migration. Experience thrilling game drives and witness elephants, lions and cheetahs roaming freely. Continue to the tranquil Lake Naivasha, where boat safaris reveal hippos, fish eagles, and lush surroundings. Next, visit Amboseli National Park, famous for its elephant herds set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Proceed to Tsavo West National Park, a rugged landscape of lava flows, acacia woodlands, and the dramatic Mzima Springs, home to crocodiles and hippos, and where Daphne Sheldrick pioneered the hand-rearing of orphaned elephants and rhinos. Nearby, the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary offers an intimate safari experience with scenic vistas and excellent game viewing in the bush and at the lodge's waterhole. Conclude your journey in Mombasa, where white-sand beaches and rich Swahili culture offer the perfect optional coastal retreat after your safari adventure.
